Bedrooms
The three bedrooms each offer a double bed and vary slightly in size. They are all decorated to a high standard and are fully furnished. Two of the rooms boast attractive, high ceiling beams, while the largest room, to the back of the property has a sloping roof.
Lounge
The lounge in Battye Cottage is light & airy and is fully furnished featuring solid wood floor, inset fire place, spotlights to ceiling, window to front and two radiators.
with a large, cream coloured leather 3 piece suite, a large 42" plasma screen with Sky and a DVD player with a complete surround-sound system. (we also have plans to provide a games machine to keep any kids happy). Open Staircase leads to the first floor.
Kitchen/Diner
The exremely spacious, fitted with a comprehensive range of modern wall and base units with granite work-top space over. Stainless steel sink with mixer tap over. Built-in electric oven and hob with extractor over. Integral dishwasher, fridge & freezer. Kettle, toaster, George Foreman Grill and microwave are also included. Solid wood floor. Spotlights to ceiling. Window to rear and two radiators. Open staircase leads to a useful storage cellar and to the lower ground floor utility room.
Bathroom
The newly replaced, superb quality bathroom, fitted with a modern three-piece suite comprising panelled bath with shower over, wash hand basin and low-level W.C. ceramic tiled walls and floor and spotlights to ceiling. Window to side and heated towel rail.
Utility Room
